Last Updated: 16/04/2025
Section 1: Agreement to Terms Welcome to TGN Jewellers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the "user," "customer," or "you") and TGN Jewellers ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, whether you are browsing, purchasing, or interacting in any other way. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Section 2: Company Details TGN Jewellers is a UK-based jewellery company offering high-quality moissanite and fine jewellery products internationally. Our mission is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while contributing to social good through charitable giving. We are registered in the United Kingdom and governed by English law. For any enquiries, please contact us at tgnjewllers@gmail.com.
Section 3: Eligibility and User Conduct By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract and agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You may not use our site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to violating intellectual property laws or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Section 4: Product Descriptions and Availability We strive to ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive. All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity or available only as made-to-order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in colour, size, and appearance due to screen resolution or natural variation in gemstones and metals. We are not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions and you agree that it is your responsibility to verify any relevant specifications before purchase.
Section 5: Custom Orders Custom and bespoke orders are individually crafted to meet your unique specifications. Upon confirmation of your design, all custom orders are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. They are exempt from returns or exchanges, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, including ring size, metal type, engraving, and stone selections. Errors made by the customer during confirmation are not covered by warranty or return eligibility. We may decline a custom request at our discretion, especially if the design is offensive, legally questionable, or beyond our technical scope.
Section 6: Payments and Authorisation We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other Shopify-supported payment gateways. All payments must be authorised and verified before your order is accepted. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Orders flagged for suspected fraud or payment issues may be delayed, cancelled, or reported. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or pricing errors, payment verification failure, or violation of these Terms. We may request additional identification to confirm legitimacy.
Section 7: Shipping and Delivery We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted couriers. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. In-stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items take 2 to 6 weeks depending on design complexity. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding jewellery imports.
Section 8: Cancellations and Returns You may cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Fulfilled orders, including custom work, are ineligible for cancellation. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition and include all packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase. Customers must notify us before returning any item. We reserve the right to reject unauthorised or incomplete returns. Refunds are issued via the original payment method upon successful inspection. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective. Custom pieces, engraved items, and any jewellery altered at the request of the customer are non-returnable. Partial refunds may be issued in cases where returned items are not in original condition.
Section 9: Warranty Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects such as loose settings, prongs, or clasps. It does not cover damage due to accidents, wear and tear, mishandling, or exposure to harsh chemicals. It also does not cover loss or theft of the item or modifications or repairs done by unauthorised jewellers. To maintain eligibility, you must retain proof of purchase and follow the care instructions provided with your product. Warranty claims require inspection and photographic evidence. We reserve the right to determine whether damage is due to a manufacturing defect or customer misuse. For full terms, refer to our Warranty Policy.
Section 10: Accounts and Security Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage personal details, and view purchase history. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You must immediately report any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in abusive or fraudulent activity.
Section 11: Intellectual Property All site content, including text, images, product descriptions, branding, layout, and graphics, is the property of TGN Jewellers and/or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any portion of our website without written consent. You may not use our branding, logos, or copyrighted designs for personal or commercial use. Infringement will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.
Section 12: Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability By using our website and services, you agree that we are not responsible for allergic reactions to metals. Please consult product descriptions before purchasing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our site. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products or services. You use the site and products at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in dispute.
Section 13: Force Majeure We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, epidemic, governmental lockdowns, supply chain disruptions, courier strikes, or customs delays.
Section 14: Charitable Contributions TGN Jewellers commits to donating 5% of net profits to charitable organisations focused on education, skills training, and community improvement. This initiative is part of our social mission and may evolve over time. Details on recipients may be published periodically. We reserve the right to modify this commitment.
Section 15: Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of England. Customers residing outside the UK are responsible for complying with their local laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Section 16: Severability and Waiver If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that part or any other part of the Terms in future.
Section 17: Amendments and Updates We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 18: Contact Information If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback about these Terms or any of our services, please contact us at tgnjewllers@gmail.com. Our expected response time is 24 to 48 business hours.
