1. Buy 1 or more caps – simply adjust the quantity to match the number of teeth you want iced.

2. Send us your 3D dental scan or mold impression – we’ll provide an email address after checkout.

3. Don’t have a mold kit?

   • You can purchase our dental mold kit separately.

   • Please note: This will increase lead time, as we’ll ship the kit to you, then wait for your completed mold to be returned in a hygienic, sealed package.
